About the Sierra Tempe Community
Located in the southernmost part of the City of Tempe,
Sierra Tempe is close to all the amenities that make for great living. We enjoy quick and easy access to Interstate 10, yet are far enough away to not be bothered by freeway noise. We are also close to shopping and entertainment.
Community History
The Community of Sierra Tempe was established in 1994 by Continental Homes and consists of 384 homes. With over a dozen floor plans in both one and two stories. Homes range in size from 1,347 square feet to 3,529 square feet.
